Into the boatyard for the annual anti-foul and anodes.

We usually come out for a weekend makeover.  The boatyard is empty, you can work early and late and avoid the heat of the day, and the crew are available to help.  It was great to have Estelle and Sean on deck for the painting.  Favourite Child is only in our hands for a short while longer and her new owner will hopefully be able to sail her south as soon as borders open.  When I look back on our yacht history, Catherine and I have changed multihulls every five or six years.   It was never our intention, circumstance and opportunity knock when least expected.   We hope not to be boatless for very long and are working on our next project.   Her new owner will change the name so we hope to keep our ‘Favourite Child’ for the next multihull.
