04/13/2014: "Cyclone Ita preparation"

aa19 (186k image) Estelle and Gavin spent the afternoon of the 11th preparing eDoc/Top Gun for Cyclone Ita which was hammering Cooktown and en route for Cairns. We triple lashed each line, secured to as many cleats as possible, removed all deck covers and gear including the headsail and then moved lines clear of the mast. Our biggest concern is floodwater and the debris it brings. Hopefully we are enough off the main flow to avoid any problems with this.
