07/24/2008: "Me Katchem bird go whoop"

Baden and Fletcher have a way to go before they have any hope of shooting a pigeon out of a coconut tree. For the moment they are content to do target practice on the beach at Ureparapara.
Gavin and Baden spent a morning in the jungle with Nickelson and Melody Dini clearing their garden area with machete ready for burning. Traditional slash and burn agriculture is practiced here. Hot, hard sweaty work but a rewarding experience as after clearing the area we looked back and could see Chaotic Harmony tucked away in a corner of the volcano.
