Catherine, the Chaotic Harmony co-skipper, does not get enough credit for the effort she puts in to make this cruise a success. Without doubt, after ten weeks out of port, to be able to produce such a colourful lunch requires skill and flexibility. Lunch today: fresh paw paw with lemon, mashed yam (the purple variety) and fried fillets of giant trevalley. The colours alone were worth the picture. The taste - sensational. Thanks Catherine (aka Mum), from your well fed crew.
